Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substance (PFAS) Standards

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) are a group of man-made chemical compounds that have been found in cleaning products, cosmetics, nonstick cookware and firefighting foams. Due to their slow breakdown and capacity to persist in the environment, PFAS have become known as “forever chemicals.” Exposure to PFAS compounds such as PFOS, PFOA, Genex, PFNA, PFHxS, PFBS and FTOHs are being studied for their effects on human health.

Our PFAS Standards are designed to help with the reliable detection and quantification of PFAS in different matrices, such as water, soil and air, in accordance with USEPA Methods 537, 8327, 533, 1633, ASTM D8421, USFDA C-010.02, ISO21675 and more.
